ABOUT US:

    Each piece of furniture that we sell is built by us here in our shop. Each piece is built on a made-to-order basis as we do not have items sitting around waiting to be finished. We do the whole process from picking out the wood for each individual piece, to hand molding chair seats and carving headboards, even the paint and finishing for each piece is unique. We do not have any "templates" that we use as each part of a larger piece is cut out of the wood specifically for that piece. We believe this gives each piece the attention it needs to make it one-of-a-kind heirloom as opposed to a mass-produced product that matches every other piece you see.

   Our lead builder is a 3rd generation woodworker and he personally makes sure that each piece we are working on is being built with the quality and care it deserves so that our Client gets furniture that will last for many years to come. Our methods are based more on processes passed down from the past instead of the "let's see how fast/cheap we can do it for" mentality of today. We understand that our Grandparents built things so that they would last and that is a heritage that we strive to pass along.

     We use only real wood and NO MDF products when building our furniture. We feel that companies who use  MDF products are not really custom furniture builders in the true sense. We do not believe in compromising the quality of the furniture for any reason and so we do not use of those manufactured products in our pieces.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks.  PLEASE NOTE: Checks/Money Order payments must clear(this normally can take 10-15 days) before any work will begin on an item. We do Not accept AMEX at this time.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:

  • All of our items are handcrafted and made to look old and worn (if requested) and no two will ever look exactly alike. You will notice some variations in the distressing of each piece which makes each piece unique. Our furniture is made with Real Wood and may have nicks and/or dents, this adds character to the item and is not a flaw in anyway.
  • All items will be made after your order has been placed.  If you have specific requests, please be sure to indicate them in the comments sections of the order, or give us a call at 706-867-1919

 

COUPONS/SALES:

 

  • Coupon code must be used by their expiration date or they are invalid.
  • Coupons/Sales made not be used on Sale Page Items.
  • Custom Orders are ineligible for coupons/sales unless noted.

 

COLOR CHOICE:

  • All items are stained/painted in your choice of color. We must receive your color choice in order to process your order and if we do not receive your color choice there will be a delay in shipping.
  • We offer over 50 colors from you to choose from. Please see our finishes page to view them.
  • Any paint color can be distressed, the edges slightly sanded in various places given the item a worn look, if requested.
  • We do not charge extra for distressing/aging a piece.
  • We do not charge extra for color matching.

 

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE AN ITEM?

·         Yes you can. Due to the fact that each item is made to order, customization is usually not a problem. This includes dimensions, stains, paint, aging, and more. We can also work from a photo, a sketch, or a picture in a magazine. If you have an idea, we can build it.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

  • All orders will be shipped UPS or by Freight for larger pieces, based on items and quantity ordered.
  • Allow a minimum of 7-8 weeks for product shipment. Longer for large orders - this includes Farm Tables and Bedroom Sets, or during Holidays and could be up to 9-10 weeks. Smaller and in-stock items may ship within 2-3 weeks.
  • Larger items may require shipping via freight. If this is the case we are more than happy to get some quotes for you based on your delivery zip code. We can also provide you with the boxed dimensions/weight if you prefer to handle the freight on your item.
  • Should you require an item sooner please contact us regarding a Rush Order.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • Personal information collected when placing an order or joining our mailing list is never sold or shared with a third party. We vow to never abuse your trust and privacy by bothering you with an excessive amount of newsletters.

 

DAMAGED CLAIMS:

  • Every piece is thoroughly checked and carefully packed before shipping.
  • Upon receipt, the carrier assumes full responsibility for safe arrival of the merchandise.
  • Should the package or any portion be damaged apparent or otherwise, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Remember to save any and all original packaging and then contact the carrier.

 

APPARENT LOSS/DAMAGE:

  • Apparent Loss or Damage must be noted on the Freight Form and signed by the driver. Failure to do so will result in refusal of the carrier to honor any and all claims. The carrier will have the necessary forms for filing.

 

NON APPARENT DAMAGED:

  • When damage is non apparent until the merchandise is unpacked, a claim for concealed damage must be filed. Upon discovery, a phone request must be made to the carrier for inspection.
  • The carrier is responsible for concealed damage and upon request, will furnish the necessary forms.
  • Pending claims for damaged merchandise are not valid reasons for withholding payment.
  • We will do whatever necessary to repair or replace damaged items.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

  • If there should be a discrepancy with your order, contact us for return authorization, if necessary.
  • Due to the fact that all items are custom made, once an order is placed if it is cancelled for any reason there will be 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund(We apologize as there was a typo here that stated it was 35%)
  • All returns must be requested within (7) days of receipt of merchandise and must be returned in the original box to prevent damage upon return.
  • Customer is responsible for all return/freight charges.
